Let’s make the taste of the simple porridge soar while also using fewer ingredients. How? By making a delicious and simple-to-make warm porridge with just 3 ingredients! And what are those? Milk, oat flakes, and children’s banana bars by Pasteleion. And that’s how you can make the most delicious, sweet, banana porridge without fuss, and mainly, using pure, natural ingredients, processed sugar-free—simple, nutritious, and delicious. Did I mention that it’s ready in less than 5 minutes?
What we are going to need
- Children’s bars by Pasteleion – Banana flavour. The flavour, sweetness, and aroma of the banana porridge are granted by the banana bar by Pasteleion. The children’s banana bars are a new entry in the Pasteleion line. They’re great children’s bars, refined sugar-free, and made with carefully chosen organic products, organic and natural.
- Milk. You can make your banana porridge using whatever milk you have in hand, even using water. Make it anyway you like it. You can use animal or plant milk, or even water.
- Oat flakes and/or buckwheat.
- Cinnamon. For its aroma, and because it creates an amazing combination.
To serve
- Fruits. I used kiwi and additional bananas and I suggest them wholeheartedly, both chopped.
- Children’s banana bar by Pasteleion. Chopped.
Tips
- The recipe gives us 3 bowls of banana porridge.
- Remove the pot from the heat just as the porridge starts thickening up, to ensure it’s still creamy. If you leave it on for longer, you’ll need to add more milk. Of course, that depends on your own tastes.
- Enjoy the banana porridge warm.
How the little hands can help
- The little hands can prepare the toppings by cutting the fruits with a children’s knife, always under your watchful eye.
- They can easily measure the ingredients in cups and add them to the pot, and of course, mix the porridge.
- Allow them to choose what they’ll place on their porridge, and let them serve it themselves.
