Gluten-free chocolate avocado brownies

Healthy and chocolate, is it possible? Of course it is!

As you’ve probably figured out by now, I don’t often make desserts. This particular one came to be by chance, but I’m quite thrilled with it! I started making something else and ended up somewhere completely different, I had an avocado next to me, and voila! SEE THE RECIPE

Chocolate avocado brownies

These brownies are suitable for all ages, but for babies under the age of one year old, remember to never offer honey! You can either skip it or substitute it with maple syrup. They’re also gluten free and dairy free!

Of course, they’re the ideal treat, and to use to blow your little one’s first candle! I’m just offering you some ideas, but I’m certain that if you try it, you’ll see.

Also, make sure to avoid overcooking it because it’ll lose its chewy texture and it’ll resemble a cake more than brownies. You can use normal milk if you want instead of plant milk, too, and I’d suggest preferring sheep or goat milk, and to avoid cow milk.

They’re chocolatey, juicy, nutritious, have avocado, and are ready in just 25 minutes!
